For every season there is a lesson to be learned. Aside from following nature’s seasons, we can adapt to the seasons in our lives. When we are young we are more yang. As we age, we become more yin. This can be a battle against nature or a lesson toward empowerment. Sometimes we just need a guide. Sometime we need a community. Bamboo Bodies has both.

What is a movement practice without intention? 

Bamboo Bodies is designed to teach you how to adapt to your environment through breath training, sensory & motor awareness and other Qigong and neurologically applied lifestyle training.

Bamboo Bodies teaches the importance of living WITH the seasons through nutritional & lifestyle changes.  You also learn how to adapt to your 'aging seasons' within this class.
