Following seasonal Qi can preserve vitality. So for the next three months, we can explore this period of harvest & maturation by living FOR the Autumn season. This section will address seasonal tips to boost your Wei Qi (immunity), support better sleep, move without pain & increase your energy levels!
How you live your life affect your post-natal Qi and in following a lifestyle with the Tao, can prevent illness and increase your health mentally, emotionally and physically.
IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN
I love the Autumn season as it’s a time to get organized. Kids return to school, the summer drive to play slows and we all look for a rhythm as we prepare for the upcoming seasons.
