Autumn Qi Chats | Week 1

Live for the season

This week we discuss how you can make small shift during this season & how those changes can affect you

Living for the season

Following seasonal Qi can preserve vitality. So for the next three months, we can explore this period of harvest & maturation by living FOR the Autumn season. This section will address seasonal tips to boost your Wei Qi (immunity), support better sleep, move without pain & increase your energy levels!

How you live your life affect your post-natal Qi and in following a lifestyle with the Tao, can prevent illness and increase your health mentally, emotionally and physically.

IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN

I love the Autumn season as it’s a time to get organized. Kids return to school, the summer drive to play slows and we all look for a rhythm as we prepare for the upcoming seasons. Let’s discuss HOW we can adapt to the season in this week’s Qi Time. I am currently adding to your account (for Member’s only) access to your own personal Seasonal Qi Guide pdf and video series.

Neuro-Qi Tip o’the day!

AUTUMN TRAINING

  • Shield yourself from the nightly chill, not good as Wei Qi isn’t as strong at night

  • Move away from vigorous activities, time to move inward

  • Get organized in what you WANT to do and what you CAN do (journaling can help)

*Video posts every Friday by 11:30am MDT
