This season’s event, Age Training, is the missing instruction manual; showing you how to train when you’re dealing with pain, injuries, balance changes, or slower recovery, so you can feel well in your years (not just “get through” them).

  • Learn what “feeling old” actually means in the body (spoiler: it’s usually a few under-trained systems, not a broken you)

  • Learn the core Age Training principles

  • Practice the exact drills that bring things back online: balance + gaze stability, sensory foot/ankle work, joint-friendly strength

  • Recover faster with Qigong & neurology-based routines 

Plus, you’ll leave with a simple Age Training routine you can repeat all week—so the next time your body feels stiff, wobbly, or easily irritated, you’ll know exactly what to do instead of guessing or quitting.
