Pain Resilience Training | FREE Age Training Event

Did you know that pain changes you?

FREE Online Pain to Power Workshop
Can’t attend live? A recording will be available.

Pain is part of being human. But living with persistent pain can begin to change much more than the part of your body that hurts.

Over time, pain can influence:

  1. How you breathe and regulate stress.

  2. How well you sleep and recover.

  3. Your mood, attention, and emotional wellbeing.

  4. How your brain and nervous system respond to movement and potential threat.

  5. How much you move (which can eventually affect your strength, stamina, and confidence.)

And this is only after a few weeks! Have you ever had pain that’s affected you for months? Maybe even years?

If so, I have great news for you. If you can train your brain INTO pain, then you can also train your brain OUT of pain!

An opportunity to train for greater resilience.

During this season's FREE Pain to Power event, you'll learn:

How pain actually works and why pain is more complex than simply finding the part that hurts.

How your brain can become more protective and why some of the habits we develop around pain may unintentionally reinforce that protection.

A simple 3-step process for approaching pain with more curiosity and less fear.

Train Out of Pain Checkpoints to help you slow down, assess what is happening, and make a more informed decision about what your body may need.

Brain-based movement drills that may help influence pain and movement—and how to assess and reassess to discover what works for your nervous system.

How to build pain resilience so that a painful day doesn't automatically become a story about decline, fragility, or “getting old.”

Join us Saturday, August 29th at 10am PT | 11am MT | 1pm ET.

Come learn about your brain, experience a different approach to pain, and leave with practical tools you can begin exploring immediately. This Autumn, we're training to age resiliently.
