I’m Angi McClure a neuro-based movement therapist and functional chinese medicine instructor.
If you’re ready to get your mind blown and to learn how your brain & body works… then you’re in the right place.
When you join , I will be your coach in every aspect.
My role is to guide you through the latest insights in brain science, helping you enhance your movement and alleviate pain.
I will introduce you to the ancient practice of Qigong, allowing you to learn how to heal and revitalize your body for a more energetic and balanced life.
As your trainer, I will address your frustrations regarding unproductive habits and apply behavioral science to support you in achieving your goals and cultivating healthy routines.
